Information we receive
- Inquiry form. The form on this site does not send information to our servers or store it. It opens your own email app with a message addressed to info@safenorth.com. If you send that email, we receive what it contains: your company, name, email address, business type, your message and anything else you add.
- Emails you send us. Your email address and the content of your message.
- Wholesale account applications. If you apply for an account, we may ask for business documents such as a resale or exemption certificate, a W-9 and references. These are exchanged by email or other business channels, not through this website.
- Technical data. Like any website, the servers of our hosting provider automatically record basic request data (such as IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time) to operate and secure the site.
What we do not do
This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers. Its fonts and images are served from our own domain. We do not sell or rent personal information and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
How we use information
- To reply to your inquiry.
- To evaluate, open and manage business relationships and wholesale accounts.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To keep the website and our business secure.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run our business:
- With service providers that support our operations, such as our email provider (Google Workspace), website hosting, shipping carriers and freight companies, banks and payment providers, and accounting or business software.
- With the trade or credit references you provide, and with business verification services, when you apply for an account.
- With professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers when needed.

How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and account records for as long as they are needed for the business relationship and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that we delete them.

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us by writing to info@safenorth.com. If you receive business emails from us and prefer not to receive more, reply “unsubscribe” and we will stop.
Do Not Track and third-party tracking
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. This site does not track visitors over time or across other websites, so it does not respond differently to that signal. No third parties collect personal information about your online activities over time or across different websites through this site.
Children
This is a business website. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
